HP ProBook 640 G1 in Saudi Arabia

The HP ProBook 640 G1 is an older, heavier business laptop with one thing modern machines at this price do not have: 500GB of storage. It runs an Intel Core i5-4300M at 2.6 GHz with 8GB of DDR3 memory behind a 14.1 inch screen, and it is sold as pre-owned Grade A stock.

What This ProBook 640 G1 Is Good For

• Basic office work. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and browsing are what this machine handles comfortably.
• Storing a lot for very little. 500GB is more space than the 256GB SSDs fitted to most laptops on this shelf.
• A second machine. A spare desk laptop, a shop counter machine or a first computer for a household.
• Surviving daily use. The ProBook line is built for offices rather than for a shelf in a shop.

Condition and What Is Included

This ProBook 640 G1 is graded pre-owned Grade A, a grade that describes cosmetic wear and nothing else. Keyboard, trackpad, ports, display, speakers and charging are checked before the unit is listed, and it ships with a charger.

Read This Before You Order

The 500GB in this machine is a mechanical hard drive, not an SSD. That means far more storage for the money, but noticeably slower starts and slower file opening than every SSD laptop we sell. If speed matters more than space, the EliteBook 840 G3 costs a little more and has a 256GB SSD with a Full HD screen. We would rather say this plainly than have the machine disappoint you.
