Apple MacBook Pro A1286 15 inch | Core i7 | 8GB | 256GB (Pre-Owned)

Apple MacBook Pro A1286 in Saudi Arabia

The MacBook Pro A1286 is the 15 inch Pro from the era when Apple still built them to be opened, and it is the largest Apple screen in our used range. This unit runs a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB SSD, with a FaceTime HD webcam. Sold as pre-owned Grade A stock.

What This MacBook Pro A1286 Is Good For

• Working on a large screen. 15 inches is a different experience from a 13 inch laptop when you keep two windows side by side all day.
• Quad core work. The Core i7 in this chassis handles photo editing, long documents and heavy browser use.
• An affordable route into macOS with room to work. Most cheap used Macs are 11 or 13 inch machines.
• A machine that can be serviced. This generation of MacBook Pro was designed with parts that come apart, unlike the sealed models that followed.

Condition and What Is Included

This MacBook Pro A1286 is graded pre-owned Grade A, a grade that describes cosmetic wear and nothing else. Keyboard, trackpad, ports, display, speakers and charging are checked before the unit is listed, and it ships with a charger.

An Older Mac, Honestly Described

This is an Intel MacBook Pro from before Apple silicon, so it will not run the newest macOS releases and it is slower than the MacBook Air M1 despite having a Core i7. What it gives you instead is a 15 inch screen and 8GB of memory for a fraction of the price of a current MacBook Pro. If you need current macOS support, the M1 is the machine to look at.
