How Do You Pick the Right Charger?
Three things have to match: the connector, the wattage and the brand. Older HP and Dell business laptops use a barrel pin, while most models from around 2019 charge over USB-C. A 65W adapter covers almost every 13 and 14 inch business laptop. The port on your laptop and the label on your old adapter answer both questions, and you are welcome to bring the laptop to the shop and let us match it.

How do I know which laptop charger fits my laptop?
Check the charging port and the label on your old adapter. An oval USB-C port needs a USB-C adapter and a round port needs the matching barrel pin, while the label states the wattage. A 65W adapter covers almost every 13 and 14 inch business laptop from HP, Dell and Lenovo. You can also bring the laptop to our shop and we will match it.
Can I use a higher wattage charger safely?
Yes. A laptop only draws the power it needs, so a higher wattage adapter is safe and often charges faster. The reverse is not true: a lower wattage adapter may charge slowly or not at all while the laptop is working, which is why matching or exceeding the original wattage matters.
Do accessories come with the same warranty as laptops?
No. The 15 day replacement warranty and 2 year service warranty apply to laptops. Coverage for an accessory is stated on its own product page, so check that line before ordering.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through Steadfast, Pathao and CarryBee. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and express delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders above 1000 BDT ship free, and you pay the courier on delivery.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you and you have had a look at it, so nothing is charged before the delivery arrives. If you buy in person at our New Elephant Road showroom you pay at the counter instead.
