Two Checks Before You Order
First, look at the charging port itself. An oval USB-C port needs a USB-C adapter; a round port needs the matching barrel pin; a Surface needs Microsoft's magnetic connector, which nothing else fits. Second, read the wattage printed on your old adapter. Matching or exceeding it is safe, going below it is not, because the laptop will charge slowly or not at all while you are using it. If you are unsure, bring the laptop to the shop and we will match it on the counter.

Can I use any USB-C charger on my laptop?
Only if the laptop actually charges over USB-C, and only if the wattage is high enough. Many recent HP, Dell and Apple machines do charge this way, and a 65W adapter covers most 13 and 14 inch business laptops. A laptop with a barrel connector cannot charge over USB-C no matter what adapter is used.
Is it safe to use a non original charger?
A mismatched adapter is one of the most common causes of charging board damage, which is why we stock manufacturer units rather than unbranded copies. If you do use another adapter, make sure the voltage matches exactly and the wattage is equal to or higher than the original.
Do you have Surface chargers in Bangladesh?
Yes, we stock the Microsoft Surface 39W adapter. It matters because Surface devices use Microsoft's own magnetic connector rather than USB-C or a barrel plug, and replacements are harder to find in Bangladesh than HP or Dell adapters.
