About Laptop Parts
Laptop Spare Parts in Bangladesh
Repairing a business laptop is usually far cheaper than replacing it, because the parts were made in volume for corporate fleets and are still available years later. We stock replacement components for the HP, Dell and Surface machines we sell, generally from 2,200 BDT to 4,000 BDT.
Repair or Replace?
A simple rule works for most people. If the part costs less than a quarter of what the laptop is worth today, repair it. A battery or a keyboard on a machine worth 35,000 BDT is clearly worth fixing. A motherboard on a machine worth 15,000 BDT usually is not, and that money is better put towards a newer used laptop. Bring the machine to the shop and we will tell you honestly which side of that line it falls on.
What Do You Get?
- Parts matched to the model. Business laptop parts are model specific, so bring the exact model number or the machine itself.
- Checked before it is listed. Every part is tested and its condition is stated on its product page.
- Home delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. We ship with Steadfast, Pathao and CarryBee. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express takes 24 to 48 hours, and orders above 1000 BDT ship free.
- Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, or pay at the counter if you buy in person. All prices are in BDT.
- Or come and see it first. Our showroom is at Alpona Plaza, Shop 310 and 311, 3rd floor, New Elephant Road, Dhaka, open 10 AM to 7 PM every day except Tuesday.
Note that the 15 day replacement and 2 year service warranty cover laptops. Coverage for a part is stated on its own product page.
Frequently Asked Questions About Laptop Parts
How much do laptop parts cost in Bangladesh?
The parts we stock generally run from 2,200 BDT to 4,000 BDT. The exact price depends on the component and the model it fits, and it is shown on each product page.
Is it worth repairing an old laptop?
A useful rule is to repair when the part costs less than a quarter of what the laptop is worth today. Replacing a battery or a keyboard on a machine worth 35,000 BDT makes sense; replacing a motherboard on a machine worth 15,000 BDT usually does not, and the money is better put towards a newer machine.
Will a part from another laptop fit mine?
Usually not. Business laptop parts are specific to the model and often to the exact generation, so a keyboard or battery from an EliteBook 840 G6 will not necessarily fit a G8. Bring the model number or the machine itself so the part can be matched properly.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through Steadfast, Pathao and CarryBee. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and express delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders above 1000 BDT ship free, and you pay the courier on delivery.
